备战查尔斯,时不我待,HOCR 2020集训开始啦!

今年的备战和选拔仍由著名的国际赛艇教练:Hartmut Buschbacher哈默特(老哈),亲自为俱乐部指导设计备战训练和选拔计划!
老哈给俱乐部会员们的寄语:
Dear SDBC rowers:
亲爱的SDBC会员们: 
【The regatta is very exciting and a great opportunity for all membership athletes to experiences one of the best regatta and largest regatta in the world!】
查尔斯河比赛非常的激动人心,是SDBC会员体验这个全世界最有名、规模最庞大的水上赛艇赛事的绝佳机会!
 
【Training starts now. Why? We need to start as early as possible for two reasons:
1. The regatta is a 5k and a very demanding race. Most teams participating prepare more than 6 months or even longer for it. 
2. Foreigner must already apply for the right to compete by May 29th to be approved.】
我们的备战训练现在就要开始。为什么?备战越早越好的原因有两个:
1. 查尔斯河比赛全长约5公里(4800米),是一个极具挑战的比赛。大多数的参赛队伍都会选择备战6个月,甚至更长时间。
2. 作为国际参赛队伍,我们需要在5月29日之前就完成俱乐部的选拔和报名工作。
【Therefore, our preparation for training and selection start now.
Training guidance will be provided to all members interested to participate in the regatta and have a chance to make the team.
Selection of the teams and athletes are due the nature of the high standard of the racing and therefore selecting the athletes with best ability to represent the SDBC at the Regatta.】
所以我们的备战和选拔现在就开始。
训练计划会提供给所有有兴趣参加比赛的SDBC会员们,你们都将有机会被选拔代表俱乐部参赛。
因为HOCR比赛的整体水平非常高,所以我们要选择能力最佳的选手代表SDBC参赛。
 
【Selection criteria of athletes going to the Regatta:】
选拔的标准如下:
【• Must demonstrate and communicate your interest participating in regatta latest by March 28th】
必须在3月28日之前向俱乐部正式报名参与训练(联系人:徐晴晴,微信15800626798)
【• Willing to train on regular basis】
能够从现在直到比赛前坚持常态化的日常训练。
【• Willing to participating on all requested testing each month (sometimes 2 times)】
必须愿意参加所有的月度测试(有时候一个月需要两次)
【• Spend enough time training in the actual boat and/or with their team on the water on a weekly basis as much as possible】
必须能保证在水上与队友一起训练,每周至少一次,越频繁越好
【• Improve each month their own performance to insure the correct standard fitness level for the race】
必须能够在每月的测试中,体现出成绩的提升
【• Testing each month will offer the benefit of individualizing your training towards your own individual level to improve with more】
每月的测试能够帮助我制定你们定制化的训练计划,从而更好的提升你们的成绩
【• All athletes participating should check out that all health conditions are met to take part in the training and testing】
所有备赛会员必须检查自身的身体健康,保证自身的身体状况能够参加训练和测试
【We will provide Training Session for March. The guideline is:
Training is focused on improving mostly endurance needed for racing 5k in October, but it will also improve your ability to race 2000m or even 1000m faster.
Training will be individualized as we have testing results after March 31st  .】
我们首先将提供三月份的备赛训练计划,训练方向:
训练将着重训练5公里比赛所需要的耐力。但是这些训练也会提升你2公里甚至1公里的成绩。
在三月份之后,我们会根据测试成绩来定制化每个人的训练计划。
【The training consists of three parts:
1) Steady state: improving endurance at lower Stroke Rate level
2) Speed training: developing strength and speed at different stroke rate levels
3) HIIT training: improve Vo2 max and aerobic capacity necessary for a 5k race】
训练将包含三个主要部分:
1)稳定状态:提高低桨频状态下的耐力
2)速度训练:提高在不同桨频下的力量和速度
3)HIIT训练:提高VO2 max最大摄氧量以及5公里竞速所需要的有氧能力
 
【1st Test: testing needs to be completed by 2020 March 31 (2 Base test of all possible participants are required)】
三月底之前我们将会进行第一次的测试(所有备赛会员都将需要参加两项基准线测试,从而确定你的起步水平)
 
【Now let’s start training!】
